All of our Wagyu beef cuts are hand cut by some of the industries best meat cutters. Our steaks are not mechanically enhanced in any way. The weight of each cut is carefully monitored for accuracy and although our steaks are hand cut, you will always receive the weight you ordered within accepted industry standards. In addition, we work hard to ensure that your order is picked and shipped correctly. If an item is out of stock we will notify you and give you an opportunity to substitute.

Do not return any product without first making arrangements with a Kobe Beef America Customer Service Agent. (We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe to be unfounded or fraudulent.)
ITEMS THE GUARANTEE NEVER COVERS
If the perishable meat products in your order should spoil due to one of the reasons below, we will not be obligated to provide a free replacement to you.
- The delivery address you gave us when you ordered is wrong, and this causes your order delivery to fail. Make sure to double check your shipping address when you place your order.
- Our product is delivered properly on the day it is due, but is left unrefrigerated (for whatever reason) and spoils. It is your responsibility to move the items in your order into refrigeration on the same day the order is delivered.
