After learning that the "Flat Iron" is the 2nd most tender piece of meat on the cow, I was obsessed to try one. After eating one I learned they are like no other steak I've ever had! They have unbelievable flavor along with the tenderness that is "to-die-for". And considering they are much less expensive then your other cuts, and to me, do not compare, it's a "no brainer" which cut I will order again and again and again. Always exceptional, always impressive to guests, it's the number one choice in Kobe "to me" by far. You'll never be disappointed.
