    I have NEVER eaten KOBE beef before. One day I did and was highly impressed. Then I decided to look it up online and found KBA. I ordered some burgers. I received them and froze them for approximately one month. I took them out for an occasion and didn't thaw them completely. I placed them on the BBQ when they were about half thawed. Center was still frozen. I BBQ'd them over hot coals for 5-7 minutes per side. Took them off heat to "rest". Mounted them into large, sesame seed buns and added lettuce, tomato, onion, and some mustard. EXCELLENT!!! And cooked perfectly - medium rare! Thanks KBA!     We have had kobe beef and other premium meats delivered to us for a lot of years but we lost our contact who retired due to cancer. we tried KBA and it was a very satisfactory experience. we are going to put KBA on our regular ordering list! The Litvacks from Boca Raton, FL

    We have had Kobe burgers in variouse places but this is far the best we have ever had. It was definatly much better flavor and it just fell apart in my mouth. WARNING!!! Your goign to need a few napkins... outstanding!
